The meeting began at approximately 1:06 p.m.

Requests for Waiver of Overpayments

Allen Brooks (CMERS) - member - Overpayment due to failure to report receipt of Workers'
Compensation
Action: Mr. Carey moved; Mr. Casella seconded to recommend denial of the waiver request due to failure to report the Workers'
Compensation. All voted in favor. Unanimous decision.

George Stowe (SERS) - member - Overpayment due to failure to report receipt of Social Security Disability
Action: Mr. Casella moved; Mr. Carey seconded to recommend denial of the waiver request due to failure to report the Social Security Disability. All voted in favor. Unanimous decision.

The Subcommittee discussed SERS and MERS Accounts Receivable Reports and requested minor revisions and additional details on several accounts. Discussions will continue on this topic at the next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 2:56 p.m.
