The meeting began at 2:35 p.m.
The Subcommittee discussed the following claims that had been administratively denied by the Retirement Services Division (Division). All the recommendations were unanimous.
Paula Bowser (Retiree) # 564082 - Request received from Paula Bowser that her income payment election for her August 1, 2015 retirement be changed from a Lifetime Only option to the Fifty Percent to Spouse option.
Action: Mr. Casella moved, seconded by Mr. Coffey to recommend denial of Ms. Bowser�s request to change her income payment election from Lifetime Only to the Fifty Percent to Spouse.
Edward Cook #- 291685 - Request received from Edward Cook that he be allowed to transfer his retirement plan membership from Tier II to Tier I where he should have been all along.
Action: Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to recommend denial of Mr. Cook�s request to transfer his retirement plan membership from Tier II to Tier I.
Vincent Falconi (Deceased) #026441 � Request received from Joan Falconi for a posthumous change in Mr. Falconi�s income payment election from his lifetime only to a husband and wife option.
Action: Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Chisem to recommend denial of Ms. Falconi�s request for a change in her recently deceased husband�s income payment election.
