The meeting was called to order by Chairman Peter Blum at 9:10 AM
A motion was made by Paul Fortier, seconded by Charles Casella to go into Executive Session for purposes of discussing on-going litigation.
Executive session began at 9:15 AM.
At 9:20 AM Deputy Comptroller Mark Ojakian and Asst. Director Colin Newman were invited into the meeting to provide information to the members.
A motion was made by Charles Casella at 10:10 AM, seconded by Robert Coffey to close Executive Session.
Move to adjourn the meeting was made by Robert Coffey, seconded by Charles Casella to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 AM.
