The meeting began at approximately 1:05 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Coffey,
second by Mr. Casella to go into executive session to discuss the RFP to secure
counsel to provide pension/tax advice to the State Employees Retirement
Commission. Division personnel were invited to stay. Unanimous decision.
Mr. Fortier left the
meeting at approximately 2:00 p.m.
Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to come out of executive session at
approximately 2: 05 p.m. Unanimous decision. Mr. Casella made the following
motion: that Division Counsel incorporates the changes in the RFP as instructed
in the executive session and forward the RFP to the Attorney General. Mr. Coffey
seconded the motion.Unanimous decision.
Mr. Coffey moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:10 p.m. Mr. Carey second. Unanimous decision.
