Please note that a portion of the meeting was conducted in executive session as the focus of the meeting was the medical condition(s) of each Disability Retirement applicant. 

CALL TO ORDER 

The Chairperson called meeting to order at 9:08 am. 

Dr. Lieders motioned to go into the Executive Session to discuss medical condition(s) related to the applications for Disability Retirement, seconded by Dr. Dargan at 9:09 am.  Members of the Retirement Services Division and the General Counsel to the Commission were invited to stay during Executive Session.  Faith Murray joined the meeting at 9:39 am.  Annette Sadlowski left the meeting at 9:57 am. and returned at 10:00 am.  Colin Newman left meeting at 10:06 am. and returned at 10:23 am.  There was a brief break at 11:01 am. until 11:15.  Dr. Blum left the meeting at 11:43 am. and returned at 11:46 am. 

1.  Scott Aldridge and Betsey Aldridge appeared before the Board at 11:53 am.  Mr. Aldridge made a statement and then, they were excused by the Board at 11:59 am.
2.  Kasondra Calloway appeared before the Board at 12:00 pm.  She made a statement and then was excused by the Board at 12:08 pm.
3.  Tammy Fettig and Attorney Russell Zimberlin appeared before the Board at 12:10 pm.  They made statements and then they were excused by the Board at 12:14 pm.
4.  Priscilla Giles appeared before the Board at 12:35 pm.  She made a statement and then was excused by the Board at 12:43 pm.
5.  Gregory Marable appeared before the Board at 12:45 pm.  He made a statement and then was excused by the Board at 12:51 pm.
6.  Quanica Willis appeared before the Board at 12:54 pm.  She made a statement and then was excused by the Board at 12:55 pm.

Dr. Lieders motioned to come out of Executive Session, seconded by Dr. Dargan at 1:16 pm.
