The meeting began at about 12:30 p.m..
The subcommittee discussed concerns surrounding the current benefit statement costs.
Interviews with the three vendors who responded to the request for proposals for consulting services for employee benefit statements, Custom Communications, AON and The Segal Company, began at about 1:15 p.m.
Following the vendor's presentations, the subcommittee requested further information from each vendor concerning pricing on several different lower cost benefit statement formats.
The subcommittee will schedule a follow-up telephone conference to discuss the additional information provided and make a final selection within two weeks.
Meeting adjourned at about 4:15 p.m..
