The meeting began at approximately 2:10 p.m.

Mr. Cavanaugh began the discussion with the impact of eliminating the adjustments made to the Annual Required Employer Contribution (ARC) as a result of SEBAC IV and V effective with fiscal year 2013.

Following a detailed discussion concerning contributions and the funded liability the motion was made by Mr. Baus to accept the report as presented. Mr. Greatorex seconded the motion. Mr. Cosgrove, Mr. Greatorex, Mr. Casella and Mr. Poulin approved.
