Subject: Clarification of Interdepartmental Memorandum Due Date For Payroll Provisions Of P-3B Collective Bargaining Contract
  1. PURPOSE
    The purpose of this memorandum is to correct the memorandum dated May 8, 1998. The annual increment for the pay period including June 1, 1998 for the Education Professionals (P-3B) Bargaining Unit was stated incorrectly.
  2. ANNUAL INCREMENT - SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE
    Page 5 of the memorandum should have read:
    Effective Date Pay Period Check Date
    June 1998 05/22/98 - 06/04/98 06/19/98

    The specific payroll procedures are outlined in the memorandum dated May 8, 1998. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
