FISCAL YEAR-END INSTRUCTIONS 98-6

To: All State Agencies
Attention:Chief Fiscal Officer or Business Manager
Subject:Payrolls
  1. Fiscal Year 1997-1998 (Old Year)
    1. The bi-weekly pay period Friday, May 22 through Thursday, June 4, which is scheduled for payment on Friday, June 19, will be the final bi-weekly payroll charged to appropriations for fiscal year 1997-98.

    2. Semi-monthly and any other payrolls which will be paid (check date) on or before June 30 will also be charged to appropriations for fiscal year 1997-1998.

  2. Fiscal Year 1999 (New Year):

    Payrolls which will be paid (check date) in July will be charged to new year (1999) appropriations.
