| SUBJECT: | Correction to Memorandum 98-17 - 1998 - 99 Health Insurance Rates |
This memorandum is issued to correct Comptroller's Memorandum 98-17, 1998 - 1999 Health Insurance Rates, issued May 1, 1998. That memorandum contained incorrect values for two table numbers under Chart H, CIGNA Dental. The revised Chart H below, with the corrected values in bold type, replaces the chart H in Memorandum 98-17.
