|Subject:||Supplements to Contract Awards (DOIT)|
When a vendor under a contract award from the Department of Information Technology (DOIT) notifies an agency that any of the following terms or conditions have changed, the agency must advise the vendor to contact DOIT Procurement. Examples of changes in terms or conditions are as follows: name, assignment of accounts receivable, business entity, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
Department of Information Technology Procurement will issue a contract award supplement. After the issuance of the supplement, the agency must follow the procedures outlined in Memorandum No. 98-26. Please direct all questions concerning DOIT procurement to (860) 566-4036.
