| Subject: | State Employee Travel Seminars |
My Office will be conducting a seminar on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1996, at the State Department of Transportation , 2800 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT (Conference Room A) for the purpose of presenting you with an overview on proposed improvements to state employee travel operation and the cost savings that can be derived as a result of our new travel contract with BTI Americas, Inc.
The members of your staff with responsibility for authorizing and processing state employee travel should attend this meeting.
