Eligibility Requirements

  • Assuming a direct transition from state service into retirement, any Tier I member with a minimum of 10 years of Actual State Service may retire as early as the first of the month following their fifty-fifth birthday.
     
  • Please refer to the following chart for the specific eligibility requirements for the various types of retirement.
