As of Monday, March 16th, the Office of the State Comptroller will be closed to the public until at least March 30th.
In accordance with Governor Lamont's emergency declaration, employees and the public are asked to observe social distancing measures to ensure communal safety and to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Office of State Comptroller performs multiple mission-critical functions that include keeping our employees and retirees paid, ensuring they and their families maintain access to quality health care, and making timely payments to our vendors so they in turn can both provide service to the state and wages to their employees.
We will ensure these functions continue, but please understand that our resources to handle non-emergency call situations will be limited during this challenging time and thank you for your patience.
If you have not received your retirement pension, are experiencing an emergent health insurance coverage or claim concern, or would like to report the death of an active or retired state employee, please call (860) 702-3300 and leave a message with your name and best phone number to reach you, and we will get back to you as soon as it is administratively possible. You may also send inquiries via email at email@example.com.
For all other inquiries, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to return to normal business as soon as the immediate threat to public health has subsided.
