TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

This memorandum lists the 2012 due dates for payroll provisions of collective bargaining contracts. The information is arranged by collective bargaining unit. Please refer to the memoranda indicated with each collective bargaining unit for payroll procedures.

Longevity Payments
Longevity payments will be made in 2012 to all applicable employees.
The check dates will be 4/20/12 and 10/19/12.

NP-1 State Police (See Interdepartmental Memorandum dated June 11, 2009)

Dog Handlers - $100 monthly stipend

Cleaning Stipend - $500 - payable annually - check date 7/27/12

MRT Skill Premium - $200 - employees required by agency to be certified - check date 9/21/12
Instructional Stipend - $225 - payable annually - check date - 9/21/12
Dog Handlers - $200 monthly stipend
Unpleasant Duty Stipend - DEP personnel assigned to fish hatcheries $85 monthly stipend
