Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Correction to Memorandum No. 2010-37, Annual Payroll Due Dates

I. Purpose
This memorandum corrects the annual increment and lump sum payment for certain collective bargaining contracts contained in Memorandum No. 2010-37, dated December 22, 2010.

II. Annual Increment and Lump Sum Payment

The annual increments and lump sum payments for P-3A Education Administrators, P-3B Education Faculty, JP-6 Judicial Professionals, JN-7 Judicial Employees, Criminal Justice Prosecutors and Juvenile Prosecutors, Criminal Justice Inspectors, and the Criminal Justice Employees contracts are delayed three months in accordance with existing practice and will be paid April 21, 2011 for the January anniversary dates and October 21, 2011 for the July anniversary dates.

There will be no annual increment or lump sum payment for the January 2011 anniversary date for the Judicial Marshals and the Supervising Judicial Marshals. The Judicial Marshal's annual increments and lump sum payments are delayed three months in accordance with existing practice and will be paid October 21, 2011 for the July 2011 anniversary date.

There is no lump sum payment for the January 2011 anniversary dates for P-5 Administrative and Residual Employees as employees on the eighth step will move to the new ninth step.
