Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Change to Annual Increment Payment Date for Maintenance and Service Collective Bargaining, NP-2 Employees

I. Purpose

This memo changes the pay period and check date for the 2010 Annual Increment, contained in Section VI. B. of Memorandum No. 2009-15, dated May 26, 2009.

II. Annual Increment Scheduled Payment Date

Employees will continue to be eligible for and receive annual increments in accordance with existing practice and paid accordingly in the pay period following July 1 and/or January 1, based upon the employee's anniversary date for the 2009/2010 contract year. The January 2010 Annual Increment is corrected as follows:
