INTERDEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDUM

Subject:
 		 Correction to Effective Date of Weekend Differential for Education
Professionals (P-3B) Bargaining Unit Employees

I. PURPOSE

The State and CSEA have determined that there is an error in the P-3B contract, Article 19, Section 13(d). 
The purpose of this memorandum is to correct information concerning the effective date of the weekend differential
in the Comptroller's Interdepartmental Memorandum dated May 8, 2006.

II. SHIFT AND WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL

Section II. E of the May 8, 2006 Interdepartmental Memo is corrected to:

Hourly rate effective July 4, 2008 for the weekend differential at seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour.
