Revision to the CO-929 Bank Account Establishment
Request and the State Accounting Manual Section 2.0 Bank Deposits |
I. PURPOSE
- The purpose of this memorandum is to advise State agencies of the
revised CO-929 Bank Account Establishment Request form and revisions to the
State Accounting Manual Section 2.0 Bank Deposits.
II. GENERAL INFORMATION
- A. CO-929 Bank Account Establishment Request Form
- The form contains minor revisions on language regarding Trustee accounts
and statutory references This form is now available on the State
Comptrollers website in a fillable Word format. The website link is:
http://www.osc.state.ct.us/agencies/forms/.

- B. State Accounting Manual (SAM)
- The State Accounting Manual (SAM) has been updated to reflect the new
form and new trustee account information. Please see Section 2.0 Bank
Deposits, pages 2-2 and 2-3 of the SAM on the Comptroller's website at:
http://www.osc.state.ct.us/manuals for the revised pages.
