ADDENDUM
TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

| Subject: | Increase in GSA Mileage Reimbursement Rate - Revision |
I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this memorandum is to revise the implementation date stated in Section IV of Memorandum No. 2005-34 in accordance with General Notice 2005-09 dated September 26, 2005 from the Office of Labor Relations.
II. IMPLEMENTATION DATE: The mileage reimbursement rate increase is effective for travel on or after September 30, 2005 for employees using personally owned vehicles for official State business. The rate has been increased from 40.5 cents per mile to 48.5 cents per mile.
