I. PURP0SE: The purpose of this memorandum is notification of the increase to the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for Division of Criminal Justice employees, which was not included in the interdepartmental memorandum dated May 11, 2004.
II. AUTHORITY: The bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for Division of Criminal Justice employees belonging to Local 749 were increased to $13.36 effective with the pay period April 16, 2004 through April 29, 2004 (check date May 14, 2004).
