Subject:	Increase in Dues/Fees for Charter Oak Professional Bargaining Unit Employees, Local 1303-282, Council 4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO

I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME Council 4, the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees in the subject bargaining unit will increase to $12.44 effective with the pay period December 27, 2002 through January 9, 2003 (check date January 24, 2003).

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES:

Pertinent Data: DOE 76/77, Table Number 918, Sort Code 909.

The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code). The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
