RETIREMENT & BENEFIT SERVICES DIVISION MEMORANDUM

December 5, 2001

TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

ATTENTION: Personnel and Payroll Officers

SUBJECT: State Employees Data Base (SEDB) On-line Agency Network

The Retirement & Benefit Services Division's (Division) State Employees Data Base (SEDB) On-line Agency Network has been converted to a new format in compliance with the current State data center (CATER) on-line standards.

Effective December 10, 2001, the SEDB On-line Agency Network will be located in the CICSP200 region of CATER. Agency logon IDs and passwords will remain the same and the basic Agency Network functions are unchanged. However, as a result of the conversion there have been some minor changes to the on-line screens. In addition, the instructions for logging on to the Agency Network have changed. Please use the following instructions to enter the Agency Network on or after December 10, 2001. Logon to the CICSP200 region in CATER. Type in REAG and hit the enter key. This will bring you to the new Agency Network logon screen. Type in your security code and password and hit the enter key.

Questions concerning these changes to the SEDB On-line Agency Network should be directed to this Division's Data Base Unit at (860) 702-3517; new user inquiries should also be referred to the Data Base Unit. Questions or problems concerning existing logon IDs and passwords should be directed to Diane Campbell, the Office of the State Comptroller, Information Technology Division staff member responsible for on-line security, at (860) 702-3613.

Very truly yours,

STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT COMMISSION
NANCY WYMAN, SECRETARY EX OFFICIO
