|Subject:||Training for JESTIR - Joint Effort for State Inventory Reporting|
The Office of the State Comptroller in conjunction with the Office of Policy and Management and the Department of Public Works is pleased to present a training seminar on the new interim building inventory system.
It is recommended you send the representatives that will be responsible for the building inventory for your agency.
The training has been scheduled for March 5, 2001 through March 9, 2001. Each session is for one and one half-hours at the Office of Policy and Management, 450 Capitol Avenue, Second Floor Computer Training Room, Hartford, CT. Only one session is required and seating is limited to fifteen per session. Sessions are available each day: 8:00am-9:30am, 10:00am-11:30am, and 1:00pm-2:30pm.
Pre-registration is required. Due to classroom and parking space limitations, no more than two employees from each agency may register. Please complete the attached registration form by February 28, 2001 and return by fax to (860) 702-3441. Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. A confirmation will be sent prior to the first day of training.
