ADDENDUM

February 15, 2001

TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Increase in GSA Mileage Reimbursement Rate - Clarification

I. AUTHORITY

In accordance with the Federal Register dated January 22, 2001 and General Notice 2001-01 from the Office of Labor Relations.

II. PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to correct the implementation date stated in Memorandum No. 2001-06 and to extend the benefit of the increase in GSA mileage reimbursement rate to include Managers, Confidential and other non-represented employees.

III. CORRECTION

The revised implementation date is for travel on or after February 21, 2001 for employees using personally owned vehicles for official State business. The rate will be increased from 32.5 cents per mile to 34.5 cents per mile.

The increased rate will include Managers, Confidential and other non-represented employees and the following collective bargaining units: NP-2, NP-3, NP-4, NP-5, NP-6, P-1, P-2, P-3A, P-3B, P-4 and P-5.
