This is a graph that shows Debt Service as a Percent of governmental operating expenditures for the last five fiscal years. In Fiscal Year 1994 Debt Service was 8.9 percent of total governmental operating expenditures. In Fiscal Year 1995 Debt Service was 10.6 percent of total governmental operating expenditures. In Fiscal Year 1996 Debt Service was 10.7 percent of total governmental operating expenditures. In Fiscal Year 1997 Debt Service was 9.9 percent of total governmental operating expenditures.
