The meeting came to order at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Casella moved, seconded by Mr. Carey to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the need to hire legal counsel for the Retirement Commission. Mr. Casella, Mr. Carey, Mr. Coffey all voted in favor.
Unanimous Decision
Ms. Yelmini joined shortly after Executive Session began.
At 3:40 p.m. Mr. Casella moved, seconded by Mr. Carey to come out of Executive Session. All voted in favor.
Unanimous Decision
Mr. Coffey reported that the Subcommittee will seek Commission approval authorizing the publishing of an RFI with regard to the hiring of Retirement Commission Legal Counsel.
Mr. Carey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to adjourn the meeting. All
voted in favor
