On Thursday, November 3, 2011 the meeting began at approximately 12:00 p.m. On Friday, November 4, 2011 the meeting began at approximately 9:00 a.m. For both meetings, motions were made by Mr. Coffey, second by Mr. Casella to go into executive session to interview law firms to provide pension/tax advice to the State Employees Retirement Commission and select firms to interview. Division Counsel was invited to stay. Unanimous decision.
On Thursday, November 3, 2011 the meeting ended at approximately 6:05 p.m. On Friday, November 4, 2011 the meeting ended at approximately 12:50 p.m.
No motions were made outside of executive session.
