The meeting began at approximately 11:05 p.m. Mr. Casella moved, second by Mr. Coffey to go into executive session with counsel present to discuss the pension/tax advice received from legal counsel on issues arising from and related to IRC § 401(a) and § 415 and follow up on potential action items. Unanimous decision.
Mr. Casella moved, second by Mr. Coffey to come out of executive session at approximately 11:55 a.m. The meeting was adjourned.
No motions were made outside of executive session.
