The meeting began at approximately 1:08 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Coffey, second by Mr. Casella to go into executive session to discuss the Request for Proposal for Legal Services for hiring of pension/tax counsel for the State Employees Retirement System (SERS). Unanimous decision.
Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to come out of executive session at approximately 2: 35 p.m. Unanimous decision.
Mr. Casella made the following motion: that the subcommittee meets again in approximately three weeks time to continue work on the RFP process and for Division Counsel to conduct the research requested by the subcommittee. Mr. Carey seconded the motion. Unanimous decision.
The meeting ended at 2:40 p.m.
