Mr. Casella called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m.

Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to go into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation with Attorney Michael Rose in attendance to include Sampieri, Maturo, Cruze-Aponte, Brown and Alston. Motion was approved unanimously.

At 8:30 a.m. Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to come out of Executive Session. Motion was approved unanimously.

New Business -

Attorney Rose briefed the Subcommittee on recent amendments to C.G.S. Section 7-438 and recommended that no action be taken with regard to implementation, pending the Governor's approval and further clarification.

Old Business -

Attorney Rose advised that he had written to Mr. Quintiliano requesting additional financial information and he had not yet received a response.

The Subcommittee asked Attorney Rose to see if the Subcommittee members may attend the audit close out meeting concerning the finalization of the most recent audit. It was the consensus of Subcommittee members that if the audit close out meeting has taken place the Subcommittee would request a meeting with the Auditors to discuss the Audit. Attorney Rose will follow up with Brenda Halpin.

Attorney Rose asked the Subcommittee to work on an update of the SERC Regulations.

Finally, Attorney Rose noted concerns about the numbers of individuals who were asked to participate in the SAG award working group.

With the exception of the following motion to adjourn, no motions were made in Public Session.

At 8:50 a.m. Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
