The Office of the State Comptroller and the Department of Administrative Services are responsible for administering a purchasing card program for state agencies under the provisions of Public Act 99-1.
Attached for your information is a report on the progress and results of the Purchasing Card Program. This report has been jointly prepared by the Office of the State Comptroller and the Department of Administrative Services and covers the expansion of the program from December 1998 to June 30, 2000.
