| Subject: | 2000 Property Control Seminar |
The Office of the State Comptroller is pleased to present a training seminar on property control. This seminar will aid chief fiscal officers in conforming with the requirements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 34 and its impact on the State of Connecticut.
The two-hour seminar has been scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2000, at the Department of Transportation in Newington, Connecticut and will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
State identification is required for admittance to the building.
A question and answer period is also planned. Questions may be submitted prior to the seminar on the attached sheet.
