|Subject:||Addendum to the Implementation of Equity Changes Due to the SCOPE Agreement|
To provide additional information regarding the implementation of equity changes due under the SCOPE Agreement included in the original memorandum.
Section IV B - Promotion of Employees on or after June 23, 1995 If an employee is promoted on or after the date upon which the employee would have been eligible for placement in the higher salary group under SCOPE had the employee been in the job classification as of June 23, 1995, then the employee should be promoted into the new salary group. If the employee would not have been eligible for the higher salary, then the employee should be promoted into the current salary group and receive the appropriate SCOPE adjustment consistent with the next AI date.
Section IV D - Stipends and Overtime Calculations An employee eligible for paid overtime who are receiving additional compensation bi-weekly due to a SCOPE stipend must have the hourly equivalent of their stipend pay included in any overtime calculations.
