MEMORANDUM NO. 95 - 9A

ADDENDUM

April 28, 1995

TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Attention:Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and
Personnel Officers
Subject: Increase in GSA Mileage Reimbursement Rate
  1. PURPOSE

    To correct information included in the original memorandum.

  2. CORRECTION

    Section II - Impact on State Mileage Reimbursement Rates incorrectly stated "This same provision applies to managerial employees governed by Personnel Regulations". The statement should read "This provision does not apply to managerial and confidential employees".

    The Department of Administrative Services and the Office of Policy and Management will issue a separate memorandum regarding this issue upon approval by both offices.

    Managerial employees governed by the Boards of Higher Education will be notified by their respective boards.
