| Subject: | Direct Purchase Authority No. 1-H Increased from $600 to $1,000 Effective October 1, 1994 and Change in Equipment Capitalization |
Effective October 1, 1994 the "limited value" amount on a Direct Purchase is increased to $1,000 in compliance with the provisions of Public Act 94-126, Section 4(c), "An Act Concerning Purchasing Reform". This change affects the use of the CO-94DP, Direct Purchase Order, the CO-94, Purchase Order, and all approved variations thereof.
For all purchases being made after September 30, 1994, please correct your current supply of these forms to reflect these changes until such time as the revised forms are available from Moore Business Forms via the Forms Management Program.
Additionally, effective July 1, 1995 the capitalization limit for equipment will be increased from $600 to $1,000.
