Appendix B- Forms and Completion Instructions
Property Transfer Within An Agency

Purpose
An intra-unit transfer is necessary when an asset is moved within an agency and the location must be changed. This form is available for agency use to facilitate asset collection of the location information to be entered in the agency's property control system. When transferring an asset to another location within the agency, an authorized Property Transfer Within Agency form may be used. Agencies that do not use this form must develop a document with the minimum requirements below. This will become source document to authorize the transaction in the accounting system. Please note that the CO-64 Inter Unit Transfer form must be used for transferring assets between agencies.
