Subject:	Correction to the Annual Payroll Due Dates for the Technical College Faculty (Local 1942), Community Colleges Faculty (Local 1973), and the Technical College Administrators (Local 2480)

I. Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to correct the effective date and the check date for the wage increase for the Technical College Faculty, Community Colleges Faculty, and the Technical College Administrators contained in Memorandum No. 2009-41, dated December 22, 2009.

II. Technical College Faculty (Local 1942), Community Colleges Faculty (Local 1973), and the Technical College Administrators (Local 2480) Contracts

In Memorandum 2009-41, the sections on the Technical College Faculty, Community Colleges Faculty, and the Technical College Administrators incorrectly stated the wage increase effective dates as 12/3/2010 and the check dates as 12/17/2010. The effective date is 12/17/2010 and the check date is 1/14/2011.
