| Subject: | Addendum to Memorandum No. 2006-17, Bi-Weekly Salary Increases, Annual Increments and Additional Provisions for Engineering, Scientific and Technical (P-4) Bargaining Unit Employees |
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this memorandum is to clarify information about the use of the Conference and Workshop Fund in Section II, A of Memorandum No. 2006-17.
II. CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP FUND
Each eligible employee will be entitled to a maximum of $600 per year from this fund toward the cost of fees, travel, food and/or lodging related to attendance at such events. An employee may use the fund once in a two year period for an expenditure in excess of $600, but not greater than $1,200 or the employee may use the fund for a one time usage of $1,800 during the contract term.
