| Subject: | State Employees Returning from Active Military Service |
The purpose of this memorandum is to request that agencies notify the Office of the State Comptroller upon the return to state service of any employee who was called to active military service in the armed forces for Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Noble Eagle, or a related emergency operation.
The following information must be provided when the employee returns to state service. This information must also be provided for those employees who have already returned to state service.
1. Employee Name
2. Employing Agency
3. Agency Contact Person
4. Date of Return to State Service
