ADDENDUM
TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

| Subject: | Increase in GSA Mileage Reimbursement Rate - Revision |
I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this memorandum is to revise the implementation date stated in Section II of Memorandum No. 2004-01 in accordance with the Federal Register dated December 15, 2003 and General Notice 2004-02 dated January 7, 2004 from the Office of Labor Relations.
II. IMPLEMENTATION DATE: The mileage reimbursement rate increase is effective for travel on or after January 13, 2004 for employees using personally owned vehicles for official State business. The rate has been increased from 36 cents per mile to 37.5 cents per mile.
