RETIREMENT & BENEFIT SERVICES DIVISION MEMORANDUM

TO THE HEAD OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Effective immediately, a change has been made to the Retirement & Benefit Services Division's (Division) State Employees Data Base (SEDB) On-line Agency Network inquiry screens.

A second contributions after 1/1/86 inquiry screen that allows the user to page backward and forward has been added under the PF8 function key. The former contributions after 1/1/86 inquiry screen under function key PF4 remains the same. The new screen's forward paging capability is limited to 25 screens. The former screen has no such limit, however, this screen limits backward paging. As a result of this change the screens to access historic information for both the contributions prior to 1/1/86 and the COP-6 Payroll Summary Change information prior to 12/23/83 are now accessed through the PF9 function key.
