| Subject: | NP-2, Connecticut Employees Union Independent |
This is to advise you that the NP-2 Arbitration Award between the State of Connecticut and the Connecticut Employees Union Independent (CEUI) was submitted to the Legislature on June 28, 2001. This award includes significant compensation changes that may need to be implemented as early as the check dated August 24, 2001.
Until the arbitration award is approved by the Legislature, the NP-2 award cannot be implemented. Further notification regarding implementation of the award will be forthcoming as soon as it becomes available.
